The special organizational unit of the Department is Experimental farm Pustara in Temerin, which has been purchased and adapted for the sheep and poultry breeding, with the aim of training students, scientific research work and knowledge transfer.

Students of the Agricultural Faculty on the Farmhouse conduct practical training which is an integral part of the educational process and which significantly contributes to the quality of training of future experts in the field of livestock production.

Scientific cooperation was achieved with the leading world companies in the field of livestock and poultry production as well as with leading producers of fodder in our country. This collaboration involves carrying out experiments for the purpose of testing, developing and testing their products.

To date, dozens of experiments have been made on the farm, the results of which were integral parts of graduate, magister thesis, master thesis and doctoral dissertations.
