• carrying out the assessment of breeding values ​​of domestic animals
• conducting ranking and classification of breeding domestic animals
• development of a plan for the use and distribution of semen of quality breeding domestic animals
• keeping records of basic breeding organizations
• keeping records of breeders of quality breeding domestic animals
• proposes the recognition of newly born races, lines and hybrids of domestic animals
• preparation of professional instructions for the implementation of the main breeding program
• control the application of the prescribed methods and procedures for the implementation of the Master Training Program
